I booked KL serviced residences for my parents. All staff were very kind and friendly to my parents and provided professional service even though my parents couldn’t speak in English. Also, my father is a smoker so it’s very important for him if he can smoke in the accommodation. In KL serviced residences, he was able to smoke in the balcony with his duly signed waiver at the front desk so he was happy for it. So my parents said that they were very comfortable to stay there and were able to enjoy Manila travel this time. They would choose KL serviced residences again for next Manila travel! Thank you so much for your assistance.

Beautiful surroundings with an activity park and lots of greenery. Next to the Sunday Market venue & walking distance from the Mall with well known high street and designer shops. Next to 7/11 store. Studio room with kitchenette, nice ensuite with walk in shower & full toiletries provided. Restaurant next to the reception had a lovely ambience with delicious snacks and meals. But the best thing was the wonderful staff who went over and above the call of duty at every step - special thanks to Jessy, AJ & Queen to mention just a few. Have already booked a return trip in the same room!

Good working shower with soap and enough towels for two people. Nice little kitchen with utensils, knifes , forks , cups , plates and microwave. Some HBO film channels. Balcony. Decent pool and sauna. Great location close to Greenbelt. Pretty good WiFi. Friendly and helpful staff. Working telephone. Good size fridge. Complimentary water. Comfy bed. three elevators. good and responsiive maitenance team.

It was in makati which is near alot of food places. There is even a restaurant that's connected to the hotel. The room was very spacious and very nice looking. The view from the balcony was nice. A full kitchen is available and the fridge is quite large for a hotel fridge. I would definitely stay here again but would definitely go for the loft instead.
